charming stay close to attractions
open bar comfy bed
the hotel has a bar that is open all the time. i could order drinks whenever i wanted. my room was spacious and decorated beautifully. the bed was a comfy bed, so i slept well.
the breakfast could have been better. i noticed that the variety needed improving. otherwise, i enjoyed my visit a lot and would consider staying again.

the hotel's location is fabulous because it is near main attractions. i found the leaning tower is just around the corner. i could easily walk to various sites and enjoy the area.

helpful staff close location strange odor bathroom hair
the staff was helpful during check in. i received clear directions and assistance with my bags. the location is very close to attractions. it was very easy to walk to see historical sites.
the room had some issues i did not appreciate. there was a strange odor and the bathroom had hair. it was not what i expect from a hotel. hopefully, this issue get resolved.

friendly staff good breakfast faulty air unhelpful receptionist
the staff were very kind. i found breakfast was good and a quick walk got me to piazza del duomo.
the air con didn't worked , made sleeping difficult. i found the receptionist wasn't very helpful when i asked for assistance with this issue.

charming stay near the tower
great location comfortable bed helpful staff
the location was excellent, just a short walk to the main attractions. my room included a large comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff offered helpful advice on local restaurants (i found a lovely trattoria!).
the breakfast room, while functional, felt a little cramped during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were readily available. The juice selection offered orange and apple juice. i liked the fact that it was open early.

the room had a tv with international channels and a mini-fridge stocked with water. there was a desk with ample lighting, and sufficient outlets were available. a safe was also available inside the wardrobe.

the reception staff was always available and very responsive to requests. the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
